5. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time 15/12/09

I'm not the kind of person who is into reading books about real life situations. I prefer fantasy and adventure! However, I picked up this book because it is about a boy who has asperger syndrome. This is very similar to the condition my brother has, autism.

The book was OK, again I stress I'm not a real life story kind of girl! However, it was well written and the way Haddon prorated some parts of the condition where actually really well done.

Its a good book to start you on the road to understanding the condition.

4. Bloodline by Kevin Brooks 8/03/09

This was a very short book, which I read in half an hour! It's not the type of book I would generally go for, I only read it because it had some how appeared on my book shelf. Its a nice little read but as I have never experience Finbar's family set up I found it harder to empathise with his character.

Total cost of book: £0 (found it on my shelf, Someone bought it for me)

3. 21/01/09 Gene Therapy by Joseph Panno

This is actually a very interesting book and is very easy to read. I really recommend anybody who is taken A2 Biology to read it. It is very useful as it tights in a lot of biology you would have learnt at AS and builds your knowledge for A2.

Total cost of book: £0 (borrowed from school libiary)

2. 4/12/08 Tony Hawks Playing the Moldovans at Tennis

I loved his first book 'Round Ireland with a Fridge' and no surprise I love this one too! I love this book because what ever mood your in you will always end up laughing out loud. I also think this book is amazing because he has gone out to Moldovan to play its national football team at tennis! I mean how many people can put that on their CV!!! He made something, which sounded so impossible to achieve become reality. Its books like these that keep me going with my list!

Total cost of book: £0 (borrowed from my Uncle)
